Registered Architect
Exceptional opportunity for a self-motivated, qualified, demonstrated Architect to join our well-established practice in a non-smoking office environment. You will be responsible for the design and preparation of drawings for several types of projects — retail, commercial, multi-family, child day care, etc. Public and Private Commercial Building Design background required, minimum 5 Years practicing as a Registered Architect.
Small central Ohio Architectural firm with multiple clients and project types nationally that works on retail shopping centers, grocery stores, commercial, multi-family, child day care, adult day care, and various other projects. You will be:
Working / meeting with the firm’s principal to review work schedule and project progress.
Working with clients, in-house personnel, contractors. and outside consultants on all projects including MEP, Civil, & Structural.
Minimum Position requirements:
5 Years practicing as a Registered Architect
Master’s Degree or equivalent professional degree
Public and Private Commercial Building Design background required.
Technical Experience –
Expert in AutoCAD 2018 or later
Experienced in Revit 2018 or later
Expert in Adobe CS4 & Microsoft Office Suite Programs
Presentation or rendering software experience a plus
Demonstrated experience that must be listed in resume submitted –
Listed ability to implement projects from Conceptual Design through Contract Documents and Construction
