• Position – Production Manager
• APG Architects, LLC is seeking an experienced Production Manager with 4+ years’ experience in construction documents and digital modeling to help support our growth in southeast and east, Ohio.  The Production Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting projects in various phases of design and documentation while working directly with staff Architect or Project Manager and design team consultants.  The person in this role should be collaborative, detail oriented, and able to work independently.
  • THE PRODUCTION MANAGER WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES ;
    • support projects through all phases of development
    • develop conceptual renderings and final renderings to relay architectural vision to stakeholders
    • facilitate design progress sessions and workshops with stakeholders to define project vision and determine project guiding parameters
    • analyze and assist in developing architecture to support project vision
    • work with project design team to prepare and present solutions to clients
    • communicate and coordinate effectively and efficiently with consultants
    • develop architectural documents at each design phase utilizing AutoCAD or REVIT
    • act as REVIT Manager for office; developing processes, standards, and supporting others
    • implement quality control and technical assurance protocols
    • establish transparent communication protocols to assure well-coordinated documentation at each design phase
    • working knowledge of local and regional AHJ’s (authorities having jurisdiction) and code requirements including NFPA, OBC, IBC, FGI and other codes or standards of care

• Multi-family and commercial design experience
