The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in leading projects through all phases while maintaining relationships with current healthcare clients, subconsultants, and stakeholders. The person in this role should be collaborative, detail oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
The Project Manager will have the following responsibilities:
- Lead projects through all phases of development
- Drive overall client satisfaction through effective use of pull planning and other lean process tools
- Facilitate design sessions and, “Big Room,” workshops with stakeholders to gain consensus on project vision and guiding principles
- Analyze and design architecture to support program vision
- Prepare work-plans for project execution and success
- Work with the project team to prepare and present design solutions to design leadership and clients

- Lead project work plan and schedule development, including fee and budget analysis
- Be a strong advocate for the Client’s design, financial, and schedule goals for the project

Where will you take us?
You will be responsible to provide technical leadership and documentation coordination including development of design drawings, technical documentation and leading project team assignments for projects which may be multiple, large, and complex in scope. You will need a commitment to design excellence, user experience, material health, social purpose, and sustainability. Summary
Higher Education / Campus Planner Non-licensed design and planning professional having completed a minimum of 3 years of higher ed and campus planning related experience. Fully competent in the fundamental skills related to facilities and campus planning. Independently performs a variety of assignments for all planning phases including space, demographic, building and other data analysis; idea generation at scales ranging from space planning to campus-wide and regional system concepts; preparation of client deliverables including graphics, presentations, and report documents. The planner will work in a team-based environment with co-workers, clients, and user groups. This individual will have excellent inter-personal skills and be a strong problem solver who thinks strategically and creatively, is adept at data and information management, has strong writing skills, and is highly organized.

- Collect and analyze a wide range of data from space and enrollment metrics to zoning requirements.
- Produce compelling graphics that range from analysis diagrams to classroom/building layouts, site plans, massing studies to rendered campus plans.
- Apply planning and urban design approaches including the application of building typologies, infrastructure systems, regulatory codes, phasing, and implementation.

Work Environment
- This position operates in a professional open office environment with low to moderate noise levels including collaborative work areas for team meetings. Building construction sites may include varying temperatures, wind, dust, and noise levels and may include hazardous and dirty conditions.

The Studio Lead role is a critical part of MA Design and plays a key role in stewarding our brand into the future. As a Studio Lead you will have the opportunity to run your studio as its own business entity within the Firm. Your Qualifications
- A minimum of 15 years professional experience in architecture; at least 10 years of experience working in multifamily residential projects
