ARCHway
2022 was another successful year for the ARCHway program! ARCHway is a mentorship/leadership initiative that connects young architects with firm leaders in the Columbus architectural community. It is a comprehensive approach to mentorship that also focuses on developing leadership skills for emerging talent and seasoned professionals. The program structures multiple modes of active interaction such as group mentoring, reverse mentoring, and peer-mentoring, through thought-provoking sessions. Participants held discussions about their individual strengths, workplace culture, and equity within the profession and community. The program featured guest speakers including Brooke Cartus and Stephanie Hightower. Thank you to all of our participants!
