Architectural Associate – Posted October 26, 2021

BBCO is an architectural firm with a difference. We are a diverse woman-owned company that puts work culture and team members first. Our core philosophy of “Build Less \ Create More” guides us in all aspects of our business and design.
This philosophy influences everything we do. From how we work, how we hire and how we source materials so that we create spaces are sustainable, sound and inspiring. We believe in listening more and talking less. We strive to create spaces that are elegantly efficient, creatively pragmatic. That are designed to feature only the essential, only the most pure, to include everything that is essential…because less is everything.
We operate in three distinct market segments – Institutional/private, public entities and retail. This allows our firm to be more resilient to changes in the market and provides a variety of work experiences to our team members. We are structured around a team based approach versus a studio model. This allows us to be flexible based on team, market and workload variables. Our office has flexible work hours, hybrid work options and a focus on individual professional development.
