Please join us on August 21, 2023 at 5 PM for a private reception to celebrate the artwork of Edoardo Alfieri at the Columbus Historical Society. Refreshments will be served. This event is free for all. Kay Bea Jones, Professor at the Knowlton School, helped curate the exhibit and will be in attendance to help answer any questions.

Edoardo Alfieri (1913-1998) remains one of Italy’s most renowned modern sculptors with architectural-scale works carved in marble and cast in bronze installed throughout Italy.

The Art of Edoardo Alfieri features fifty-nine pieces by Edoardo Alfieri including nineteen original sculptures and reliefs, and forty original drawings. This artwork represents a wide range of artistic styles and subject matter.
