YOUR NEW ROLE
- Lead and manage project teams in a team-based studio environment from concept through closeout.
- Produce and coordinate construction documents for bid and permit, ensuring our deliverables meet schedule, budget, and established quality standards.
- Lead coordination of consultants of all disciplines.
- Coordinate day-to-day construction administration activities.
- Provide oversight and quality review of the work of project architects and junior staff.
- Coordinate project administration with the accounting and operations team, including schedule, staffing, and invoicing.
- Deliver projects on time, on budget, and exceed client expectations.
- Build and grow client relationships through quality service and project success.
- Implement strategies supporting the firm’s vision and values.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with 5 years in a project management role.
- Experience managing complex and fast-paced projects, with direct client interface.
- Knowledge of building codes, construction detailing, and project delivery methods.
- Familiar with Autodesk Revit.
- Ability to coordinate and lead the work of other team members through mentorship and guidance.
- Desire to continually learn.
- Excellent verbal and graphic communication skills to work with a diverse team of designers.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fun, fast-paced environment.
