Project Manager and Emerging Professional
Harper Architectural Studio, LLC is a growing full-service firm working on all types of commercial projects with an emphasis on religious worship facilities. Other project types include public institutional, office, multi-family, medical office, restaurant, and industrial facilities. We are looking for highly motivated, loyal, and experienced individuals who are willing to learn, engage, and communicate their opinions and ideas. Good communication skills in the office and through client interaction will be integral in this position.
Position: Project Manager and Emerging Professional
- Full time salaried position
- Design, and Construction Document leadership and management
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work within a team environment

- Work with Principals and staff on all aspects of practice
- Site and existing condition surveys
- Good organizational skills
Required Education/Experience:
- bachelor’s degree in architecture
- 3 years of experience working at an architectural firm
Essential Skills:
- CADD, Vectorworks, Revit, or AutoCAD proficiency
- Computer 3d modeling a plus
- Hand drawing and sketching / rendering
- Strong design skills
- Knowledge of Ohio building codes and national building codes
- Experience in writing project manuals and technical specifications
- Construction Administration, and on-site project representation
