A dynamic, established Dayton area architecture and design firm is looking for an experienced Project Architect. At JPA Architecture, we are passionate about creating spaces and solutions that enhance the activities and experiences of users. Your Impact
- Help JPA Architecture provide exceptional service to clients in new and existing markets.
- Serve as a primary point of client contact for projects and report project status, staff performance, and other Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to Leadership.
- Mentor and effectively manage the workflows of a staff of architects and designers.
- Serve as a valuable resource to staff and clients on complex architectural issues.
- Manage multiple, complex projects effectively while coordinating with staff to ensure document accuracy.
- Work to maximize project profitability and efficiency while ensuring project schedules are maintained.
- Foster client relationships and attend regular projects meetings to manage critical path items and potential issues.
- Participate in office and independent continuing education initiatives.
- Work with Leadership and Marketing to develop and foster new business relationships.
Your Qualifications
- This position requires a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Architecture.
- 10+ years of professional work experience in the AEC industry.
- Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional registration/license is desired but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to travel.

Salary: $70,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
