A dynamic, established Dayton area architecture and design firm is looking for an experienced Architect. At JPA Architecture, we are passionate about creating spaces and solutions that enhance the activities and experiences of users. In addition to working on exciting local and national projects, this position will join a firm dedicated to fostering a fun and positive office culture and environment!
Your Impact
- Help JPA Architecture provide exceptional service to clients in new and existing markets.
- Complete programming, schematic design, design development and construction documents in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage multiple, complex projects effectively while ensuring document accuracy.
- Work to maximize project profitability and efficiency while ensuring project schedules are maintained.
- Foster client relationships and attend regular project meetings to manage critical path items and potential issues.
- Participate in office and independent continuing education initiatives.
Your Qualifications
- This position requires a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Architecture.
- 3+ years of professional work experience in the AEC industry.
- Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional registration/license is desired but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Salary: $45,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
