About the job:
We are seeking an Architectural Design/Drafting (interior and exterior) for an established firm. Company growth has created an opportunity for this full-time position, which involves drafting construction drawings with CAD software. This is a highly technical role requiring familiarity with design principles, computer-aided drafting technologies, and building codes to ensure that drawings are accurate and to present necessary information for construction crews, contractors, and zoning and approval bodies. This is a very team-focused environment and will require working closely with associates on all projects.
What you bring:
– At least one (1) year of CAD drafting experience
– Team-oriented mindset
– Prioritize to meet deadlines
– Ability to understand technical terminology of the architectural and construction industry
– Coordinate drawings with consultant drawings and specifications
