Join us on June 21 for a tour of the new WOSU Headquarters!
WOSU Public Media is the premier public media station in Central Ohio with radio and television broadcasts, community events, online content, and educational resources. The new WOSU headquarters includes an expanded newsroom, TV and radio broadcast studios, a performance studio, a media learning lab, collaborative workplaces and support spaces. The building was designed to allow for change as media evolves. In addition to broadcasting local WOSU TV and radio programs, WOSU studios and facilities are available for public rental. WOSU also provides educational programming, professional development, and direct services to schools. The new headquarters makes WOSU more accessible and engaging to the public and greatly expands programming capabilities. WOSU’s story is told through the architecture of the building, creating a sense of transparency and community engagement. The building was designed and constructed within LEED guidelines although it was not submitted for LEED certification. Meyers + Associates was the architect for the project.
