Parkside on Pearl is a new seven-story apartment building in the Short North. The building offers a truly indoor-outdoor living experience with massive private terraces for almost all residences. Each residence features amazing 12-16’ ceilings with floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with light. The 8-12” concrete slabs between each floor provide a unique level of privacy. Parkside on Pearl is located just off High Street, but within a block of everything the Short North has to offer. Clad in limestone and glass, the building creates a new presence on Italian Village Park.
The Design Architect is The Columbus Architectural Studio, JGA for structural Engineering, Korda for Civil, and Prater Engineering for MEP.
