Job Summary/Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Preparing design and documentation support on projects of various sizes and complexities.
- Produce visualizations and studies for design concepts.
- Developing design presentations for client interactions.
- Under the direction of the Supervising Architect, may independently perform advanced technical assignments of various complexities within approved schedules and budgets.
Minimum Requirements
- BA/BS + 2 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Preferred Qualifications
- At least two (2) years of experience using Revit, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, and Sketch Up
- Experience with Rhino and Grasshopper
- Experience working on all phases of architectural projects
- Candidate is actively pursuing licensure
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
