Job Summary/Responsibilities

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Preparing design and documentation support on projects of various sizes and complexities.
  • Produce visualizations and studies for design concepts.
  • Developing design presentations for client interactions.
  • Under the direction of the Supervising Architect, may independently perform advanced technical assignments of various complexities within approved schedules and budgets.

Minimum Requirements

  • BA/BS + 2 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least two (2) years of experience using Revit, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, and Sketch Up
  • Experience with Rhino and Grasshopper
  • Experience working on all phases of architectural projects
  • Candidate is actively pursuing licensure
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
