Learning Objectives: At the end of this program, participants will have learned general background information on the environmental due diligence processes, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, and additional due diligence tools. We will discuss the challenges of identifying and managing environmental risk and concerns at various types of project sites.
