Nominations for the 2013 AIA Columbus Board of Directors are now being accepted. The following positions on the board are open this year: President-elect, Treasurer, Secretary, and 3 Director Positions.
Applications will be accepted at the Chapter office no later than Friday, August 17, 2012. An informational meeting for interested candidates will take place in early September (date TBD) at the Chapter office at 380 East Broad Street, to allow an opportunity to learn more about involvement and leadership in the chapter. Roles and responsibilities will be reviewed and all questions answered.
The nominating committee will recommend a slate of candidates, which will be published in September. The slate will be voted upon at the AIA Columbus Annual Meeting on Tuesday, October 23, 2012. All interested candidates should review the Criteria for Leadership document. The Board Nominating Questionnaire must also be completed in order to be considered.
